OT: This game is so sad, base content available on previous entries now locked behind an expensive paywall, effective "base" game is now so expensive at 80$, no physical at launch, no PC edition, GTA Online writing was trash since ever, & those writers have worked on GTA 6 too, og staff left rockstar long ago, i doubt thisll be a good game, i wouldnt pre-order but the amount of pre-orders tells the state of gaming right now, & its worrying, a lot of gamers with no critical thinking whatsoever who like getting scammed & enjoying it, its so sad, again sorry for off-topic but this is very close to my heart DO NOT BUY GTA 6

The release date will not be postponed. Many companies have already delayed the launch of their products to avoid competing with GTA, which is expected to dominate media attention. I find it hard to imagine other companies agreeing to postpone their release dates yet again, as doing so could result in significant economic losses.

Watch the interview clip, the quote in text form doesnt do it justice. He goes out of his way to say that's what the release date is because the interviewer was making it seem like the date wasnt locked in. If theyre going to delay he'd would be much more careful with his words.
